While many know him from keynote stages and public presentations, his most important work happens in boardrooms, executive off-sites, and one-to-one conversations where the challenge is rarely information - it is perception. 

Across hundreds of engagements, Gregor became known for a rare ability - accurately identifying the invisible cognitive structures driving perception and performance. The frameworks that emerged from that work became the practice of Cognitive Influence.

The Intensive is the only place where this work is explored directly with Gregor in an immersive setting.
