A private vehicle meets you at Cancún International Airport and brings you to the villa on the Riviera Maya.

Upon arrival, you are welcomed by the host and shown to your private room. The afternoon and evening are intentionally unstructured. There is nothing to prepare and nowhere to be.

Food and refreshments are available throughout the afternoon and evening.

The work begins the following morning.

Breakfast is served at the villa before the first full day of the Intensive.

The day introduces the foundations of Cognitive Influence and the cognitive patterns that shape how people perceive information, form trust, communicate, make decisions, and influence one another.

Throughout the day, Gregor works directly with the cohort, introducing frameworks and applying them in real time through discussion, observation, analysis, and practical examples drawn from participants’ own experiences.

The format is highly interactive. Participants bring their own challenges, questions, and situations into the work. Value emerges through the dialogue itself.

Meals and refreshments are provided throughout the day at the villa.

In the evening, the cohort gathers for dinner at a local restaurant in the nearby town before returning to the villa.

Breakfast is served at the villa before the final session.

Attention shifts from understanding the frameworks to using them. Participants examine their own leadership, relationships, teams, decisions, and challenges through a new lens.

The objective is not additional information. It is increased clarity. Patterns that were previously invisible become visible, creating new options for action and influence.

Formal programming concludes at midday.

Following the final session, the cohort gathers for lunch on the Caribbean coast.

The remainder of the day is intentionally unstructured. The villa remains reserved exclusively for the cohort.
