What we collect

The only personal information we actively collect is what you submit through the private retreat enquiry form: contact name, organisation, role, email address, objectives, and any optional location or preferred timing you provide. Please avoid including sensitive company information in your initial enquiry. We do not run advertising trackers, profiling cookies, or third-party analytics scripts on this site.

How we use it

Enquiry information is used solely to discuss a private retreat for your organisation and to correspond with you about objectives, timing and booking arrangements. We send an acknowledgement email and notify the organisers when an enquiry is received. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Where it lives

Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider. Access is restricted to the organisers; website visitors cannot read submitted enquiries. Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to store your enquiry and deliver correspondence.

Retention & deletion

Enquiry records are retained while we discuss your retreat and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which they may be deleted. You can request deletion of your enquiry data at any time by emailing the address below.

Email & unsubscribe

Any email you receive from us sent automatically in response to your enquiry includes an unsubscribe link. Using it adds your address to a suppression list and stops further sends.

Security practices

Traffic to this site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry form submissions are validated on the server, and write access to the underlying database requires server-only credentials that are never exposed to the browser. We do not store payment information on this site.

Shared responsibility

The site is built and hosted on a third-party platform that provides the underlying infrastructure, hosting, and database service. The Intensive is responsible for the content of this site, the enquiry process, and how enquiry information is handled after submission. Nothing on this page should be read as a certification issued by any third party.
