How we handle
your information.

What we collect

The only personal information we actively collect is what you submit through the application form: name, organisation, role, location, email address, an optional LinkedIn URL, and the written answers you provide. We do not run advertising trackers, profiling cookies, or third-party analytics scripts on this site.

How we use it

Application information is used solely to evaluate fit for the cohort and to correspond with you about it. We send a confirmation email when an application is received and a notification to the organisers. We do not sell or share applicant information with third parties for marketing.

Where it lives

Applications are stored in a managed Postgres database hosted by Supabase. Access is restricted to the organisers through server-side credentials; the website itself cannot read submitted applications back out. Transactional email is delivered through a dedicated sending domain (notify.gregorjeffrey.com).

Retention & deletion

Application records are retained for the current cohort cycle and a reasonable follow-up window, after which they may be deleted. You can request deletion of your application data at any time by emailing the address below.

Email & unsubscribe

Any email you receive from us related to your application includes an unsubscribe link. Using it adds your address to a suppression list and stops further sends.

Security practices

Traffic to this site is served over HTTPS. Application form submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server, and write access to the underlying database requires server-only credentials that are never exposed to the browser. We do not store payment information on this site.

Shared responsibility

The site is built and hosted on a third-party platform that provides the underlying infrastructure, hosting, and database service. The Intensive is responsible for the content of this site, the application process, and how applicant information is handled after submission. Nothing on this page should be read as a certification issued by any third party.
